Already having separation anxiety from Andi— she's a delight to work with and we have an enormous amount of respect and admiration for her. Andi was our guiding light throughout the entire planning process, and made it an enjoyable experience for the bride, MOB and FOB. We could go on and on... but the following sets Andi apart from others in her industry: Andi, realizing a severe storm was projected to hit our outdoor wedding ceremony/reception scheduled for Saturday (3/6) managed to MOVE OUR WEDDING to Friday (3/5). She gave her vendors TWO DAYS NOTICE and they "rallied.” THAT just doesn't happen unless you have a rockstar looking out for your best interest. Needless to say, the storm DID happen on Saturday and because of Andi's passion and dedication, the Friday wedding was a dream come true. The vendors response to MOB and Bride: “We would do anything for Andi.” Miami adores her! And she's a god in our eyes. A 10++++ wedding planner and now a dear friend for life! SO happy we chose Andi before choosing the wedding date. Forever grateful.

We are so lucky to have found Andi. Due to some unfortunate circumstances, we had to part ways with our initial wedding planner. Andi graciously agreed to take on our wedding with only 11 weeks to go. First, Andi was such a great resource for educating us as to what’s normal and what isn’t, and if anything even threatened to veer off track, she was all over it. Second, she has great taste and strong relationships with solid vendors, so she was able to translate our vision with such little direction — we were crazy busy during the last few months so this quality was so appreciated. Finally, and most importantly, she handled every little thing during the wedding weekend (big and small) with diplomacy, aplomb, and utmost boss lady panache. Our guests kept commenting that we were the most relaxed wedding couple they had ever seen, and it’s truly because we knew Andi was handling everything. We can never thank her enough for making our wedding weekend everything we wanted it to be and more. The BEST!

My husband and I worked with Andi Dyal and ANDI Soirées for a year and half planning our lovely tropical wedding weekend. The best wedding planning advice I ever received was, “Don’t even hesitate, hire a wedding coordinator,” and the best wedding planning decision I made was hiring Andi Dyal. She is everything you want in an event coordinator: experienced, knowledgeable and well-connected, fast, effective, and friendly.
Andi knows everyone and has seen everything. From the beginning, I was confident that she could handle any issues quickly and professionally. What I learned was she usually just had the foresight to prevent them from happening in the first place. She has a wealth of vendor connections to draw on to make just the right recommendation for you; for your vision, for your budget, for your vibe.
Andi listens to what you want and makes it a reality, down to the smallest detail. She makes recommendations and gives advice when you need it. She makes sure every base is covered (with a back up!) and allows you to really enjoy your event while she seamlessly manages everything from behind the scenes. Andi planned three days of events for us and our guests and we got to enjoy every moment of them.
Not to mention she is an absolute pleasure to work with. Andi is always early, friendly, and smiling. Her communication and correspondence is exceedingly fast, helpful, and professional. She is never out of touch. She keeps track of everything. She always goes the extra mile. It is truly a joy to work with people who love what they do. I cannot recommend ANDI Soirées enough.

Andi is the absolute BEST! I consider myself to be a very picky and particular person so I found it very hard to find someone who I thought would be able to carry out all my expectations, and I think Andi is the only person on this planet that could possibly carry them ALL out and more! She made sure my every detail was done. I felt safe having her around and she ALWAYS answered my calls and messages regardless of the hour. My husband and I would recommend her with our eyes closed. She was amazing and made sure that everything was on schedule. She was firm with the vendors and she really defended and protected our money to make sure we would get the best prices. I can’t express how amazing Andi and her team are. My wedding at the Ocean Reef Club was canceled three weeks before the wedding due to Hurricane Irma. I grew up going to Ocean Reef so it was incredibly sad to have this happen, let alone to have to scramble to still get married on such short notice. Further, being an out-of-towner, it was a daunting task to move everything and change the venue in such a short amount of time with my family flying in to Miami from all around the globe. However, what turned into a disaster was completely salvaged by Andi and her team. In fact, we were able to move my wedding to the Faena which I thought was an even more beautiful wedding venue than the first! Andi didn’t sleep to ensure that my wedding was beautiful and still went off without a hitch. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone seeking a wedding planner. She is so organized and incredibly talented. THE BEST! Thank you Andi for everything you did for us!

We met with a few planners before choosing Andi. From the second we met her, we knew she was the one! We had high expectations! She arrived at our meeting (early! which never happens in Miami) with a personalized proposal placed at each person's table setting. From that point on, she was extremely available for every minor to major wedding detail. On the rare occasion she couldn't take your call, you immediately received a text telling you the time she would respond. She respected our budget and kept us under! Even at the last minute when I wanted to add details (and cost), she counseled me to stick with what we chose from the beginning. I could go on and on about Andi, but I'll conclude with this - Andi is more than a wedding planner... she is a professional, a part-time therapist and confidant! Weddings can be tricky, and we certainly had a lot of personalities involved! She is simply a "yes" woman whose expertise is invaluable. Our wedding went off without a hitch, and it was the most perfect and beautiful weekend of our lives so far! It has been a month and our guests continue to rave about every detail!

ANDI is the absolute BEST in the business and I could never thank her enough for making our wedding day so perfect. She is worth every penny and more. I planned an elaborate Miami Beach wedding (from New York) with a different planner until TWO MONTHS before the wedding. Only 20% of planning had been done up to that point and I was stressed beyond belief. Since I work full time and travel constantly, I relied on our planner to handle wedding vendor decisions and the budget, but she was not delivering in any way. It had all somehow fallen onto me to manage and keep track of— and I wasn’t able to manage it. Nor was I willing to, when paying a professional a lot of money for their expertise.
Fast forward to the day I called Andi, panicking and realizing how far behind I was, knowing that it was time to cut ties and find a new planner. Andi answered my call and proved in one short phone call that she was exactly what I needed. It’s not the first time a panic-stricken bride called her needing her right before their wedding— quite telling. She took over our wedding planning that day. She took over my schedule and set new vendor appointments with less than 2 hours’ notice before end of that business day. This lady is CONNECTED, let me tell you. The vendors adore her and respect her beyond measure.
From the moment Andi took on our disorganized and already over-budget wedding, we felt this instant sense of relief. She is the most thorough, organized person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. As a super Type A personality, who could drive any person mad with my never-ending list of questions, I couldn’t believe that not one of the ridiculous requests I came up with even so much as fazed Andi. Did I mention she is a single mom of two? A SUPERSTAR MOM. When you ask for something, she replies in seconds. SECONDS! I am from New York (or at least pretend to be) and this is everything. She’ll follow up with you five times in same week to keep you on track.
She’ll also bring you back to earth when your dreams just cannot be achieved within budget— and that sort of sense of reason is incredibly important when planning a lavish wedding. Because you will have to cut money somewhere at some point, and there must be someone willing to tell you the truth. With that said, she helped me design my dream wedding and negotiated the hell out of all vendors to make sure we got what we needed for a price we could afford. She will also force you to make a decision when it’s time to finally decide on one project and move on to tackle the next. I needed this. Andi finalized every single minute detail of planning for me: menus, invite design, guest list, dance floor, entertainment, photographer, décor, linens, even furniture selection for lounges and custom-designed tables.
Andi does it all and makes it look incredibly easy. Her wedding day execution was something that left us in complete awe! I could never find the right words to recommend a person as highly qualified as Andi— she is, quite simply, THE BEST. I would plan my wedding with her again 100 times!!! Her team is also incredible and I can’t begin to express my gratitude for how beautiful our day was because of their incredible operation. Do yourself one big favor: hire Andi and you will have made the BEST decision of the entire wedding planning process. Mark my words. And do it before you pick your venue— the earlier, the better. Even more time to spend with her! I LOVE ANDI!

We love Andi and are so thankful we found her to plan our wedding in NYC. She handled the coordination, planning and our constantly-changing requests with so much patience, professionalism and skill. We lost count of how many guests told us that they have been to so many weddings and never experienced one that was so well run, so professionally done, so perfect, until ours. Andi and Jen were referred to us by another wedding planner I spoke to when we began planning. That endorsement alone would have been enough, but when I spoke with Andi, I was certain they were the planners for us. She really listened to what we wanted and made suggestions and gave ideas in that first conversation that made me feel anything could be done. From there, they helped us with the budget, picking a venue, referring us to vendors and putting together the most detailed minute-by-minute timeline that left no second unaccounted for. (And I should add that each vendor we used was amazing - extremely professional, delivered more than expected, and were just good people to work with.)What stood out most to us is that Andi and Jen are detailed oriented, organized, sweet, energetic, and really fun to work with. They made a point of answering emails almost immediately and never left a question unanswered. They were so on top of every detail that there were times where I felt like I had nothing to do (in a good way). I was very involved and hands-on in picking out details, ordering items, designing and decorating, but they helped me when I was torn with ideas or unsure of the logistics of something. The most important part of the whole planning process and what made everything worth it, is that on that day we were able to relax and truly enjoy our wedding - and that is entirely thanks to Andi and Jen!
